Do you have experience or insights into duplicate content provided by third party aggregators to customer sites? For example, if an article syndication site supplies an article to 10 different sites, how do you get all 10 to rank for the target search phrases instead of just the oldest/most credible? What percentage of content should be unique in order to not be “penalized” or better yet rank in Google? What strategies do you recommend to create a unique SEO experience for syndicated content? Your insights are appreciated.

Based on what I've read from VRE Handbook, rewriting articles up to 50% before posting on webpages would do.. and then if you're going to submit those articles to article directories, a 75% or more is recommended.
